Who We are

Leila Sanelli, Architectural & Interior Designer, Co-Owner

Leila followed in her Father's footsteps and became a General Contractor. She is an active member of the Eastern Idaho Builders Association, and the National Builders Association. She specializes in Architectural and Interior Design and runs her design company Leila Faye Design LLC in addition to co-owning L & M Homes LLC. Leila's goal is always to create a beautiful, functional, quality home for her clients that will last a lifetime.

Mark Sanelli, General Contractor, Co-Owner

Mark previously worked in the financial industry for 38 years, where he managed construction financing for many builders in the Pacific Northwest. During that time, Mark participated and was an active member of the King County Home Builders Association and the Snohomish County Home Builders Association. After retiring from banking, Leila and Mark relocated to Ammon, Idaho and started L & M Homes shortly after.
