Leila Sanelli, Architectural & Interior Designer, Co-Owner

Leila followed in her father’s footsteps by becoming a general contractor and has developed a strong passion for creating homes that are both beautiful and functional. She is an active member of the Eastern Idaho Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders. In addition to co-owning L&M Homes, she also leads her design company, Leila Faye Design LLC, where she focuses on architectural and interior design. Leila’s goal is to help each client create a thoughtfully designed, high-quality home that will be enjoyed for years to come.

Mark Sanelli, General Contractor, Co-Owner

Mark spent 38 years in the financial industry, where he worked closely with builders throughout the Pacific Northwest managing construction financing. Through that experience, he gained a deep understanding of the homebuilding process from planning and budgeting to completion. He was also an active member of the King County and Snohomish County Home Builders Associations. After retiring from banking, Mark and Leila relocated to Ammon, Idaho and soon after founded L&M Homes, bringing his knowledge and steady guidance into every project they build.
